The Logistics Coordinator supports day-to-day import operations by handling documentation, coordinating shipments, and assisting with various logistics-related tasks. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of shipments and contributes to overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with logistics tasks as assigned by leadership.
Support documentation and shipment coordination activities.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate movement of goods.
Perform general administrative duties including data entry and recordkeeping.
Help ensure compliance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
May be responsible for basic billing and follow-up tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered.
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).
General understanding of logistics or supply chain processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
