Civil Project Manager – Water & Utility Civil Construction

The Opportunity
We're seeking a Civil Project Manager to take ownership of complex water, utility, and infrastructure projects across Colorado and surrounding areas. What You'll Do
- Oversee projects from start to finish—preconstruction through closeout.
- Build and manage project schedules and budgets, keeping everything on track and stepping in quickly if adjustments are needed.
- Handle contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other documentation.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, engineers, subcontractors, and your field team.
- Visit jobsites regularly to ensure safety, quality, and progress are on target (occasional overnight travel required).
- Work with estimating on proposals and help transition awarded jobs into active projects.
- Implement project controls, track performance metrics, and look for ways to improve processes.
- Mentor project staff and help develop the next generation of leaders.
What You Bring
- Solid project management experience in industrial construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
- Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and risk management best practices.
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with project management software and tools.
