This role partners directly with business stakeholders to define analytics strategy, architect solutions, and deliver scalable data products using Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, owning initiatives end-to-end from discovery through delivery and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement, discovery, and solution design
- Translate business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions
- Architect and build data models (dimensional & relational)
- Develop and optimize Snowflake dbt ELT pipelines
- Deliver Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and insights
- Drive best practices in data governance, quality, and CI/CD
- Partner across teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
Key Qualifications
- 7 years in data/analytics engineering
- Strong experience with Snowflake, dbt, Power BI
- Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and architecture
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders and influence decisions
- Strong SQL and end-to-end solution delivery experience
Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $85- and $95. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable. All full time Codeworks employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s benefits plan.
