Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close
- Reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple clients
- Assist with preparing financial statements and internal reports
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions for multiple entities
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and music industry trends affecting financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 years of accounting experience (entertainment or music industry experience not required)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Average Employee Tenure of 6 years
- Very hands on Leadership - open door policy

- Base Salary upwards of $75K Paid Overtime (anything worked over 40 hours in one week) Bonus
