What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day financial and business affairs for music and entertainment clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (attorneys, agents, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and timeliness across all client accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients
- Experience in business management, accounting, or finance—ideally within music, entertainment, or a related field
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others
- Base salary up to $150K bonus potential
