- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of entertainment clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Collaborate directly with clients, managers, and internal teams to deliver high-touch service
- Assist with tour accounting, royalty tracking, and project-based financial needs
- Support process improvements and help scale operations as the firm grows
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3 years of accounting experience (public accounting or business management experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entertainment clients, or multi-entity structures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
