Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure timely review and distribution
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
- Assist in coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
- Support project managers and superintendents with daily construction operations
- Monitor project budgets, logs, and reporting tools
- Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Help ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or real estate development (multifamily preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong Base Salary- 90-120K base salary (DOE)
- Annual Bonus- 10-15% annual bonus
