Senior Superintendent - Ground Up 200 unit Podium Project in Banker's Hill ($250k+)

Job Title: Senior / Lead Superintendent

Location: San Diego, CA (Banker's Hill)

Project Details: 200 unit multifamily ground up starting in Q1 2026

Company Type: Owner, Developer Builder; Top 5 ranked in the US for luxury multifamily

Compensation: Up to 215k base 25% annual bonus full benefits

We're Top 5 ranked owner, developer builder of luxury multifamily apartments in the United States. Our Southern California division is currently in growth mode with several projects currently underway in Oceanside & an upcoming start in Q1 in San Diego.

We're looking for #1/Lead Superintendent to run a complicated postage stamp type of site in Banker's Hill.

Qualifications

• 10 years of multifamily construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project & Procore
• Within 50 mile radius of North San Diego & able to work daily on project site
  
  

We're actively interviewing to fill this role in preparation for the project start in Q1 2026. Ideally would like to bring in the Lead Superintendent end of this year for pre-project kick off work.
