We’re a fast-growing, high-end custom home builder in Palm Beach Gardens seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of building some of the area’s most beautiful luxury homes, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Assist skilled trades and site supervisors with daily construction activities
• Prepare and maintain job sites (cleaning, organizing, material handling)
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Support framing, carpentry, and finishing work as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a professional job site
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability — show up ready to work every day
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, working in outdoor conditions)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the construction field
• Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required
