About the Role
You will support the design and delivery of high-end residential projects across South Florida, working closely with senior architects, designers, and construction managers. The role spans schematic design through construction administration, with ownership of defined scopes of work.
What You Will Do
- Produce drawings across SD, DD, and CD, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
- Translate redlines into accurate, coordinated Revit documentation and Construction sets
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and interior teams, participate in reviews and coordination meetings
- Support CA, including submittals, RFIs, field documentation, and periodic site visits
- Assist with code and zoning research, including FBC compliance, setbacks, FAR, height, and flood considerations
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Architecture, professional licensure in Florida or actively on track (mentorship and support available)
- Experience producing coordinated residential CD sets, strong detailing instincts, and clear communication
- Proficiency in Revit, plus familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam experience is a plus
- Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple project assignments with high accuracy
- Technical screening: be prepared to share or discuss CD samples, wall sections, and details you personally produced.
- Be prepared to discuss or provide examples of construction documentation, wall sections, and architectural detailing you have personally produced.
