CAS Manager | Independent Boutique CPA Firm | Indianapolis, IN
Location: Hybrid — Indianapolis, IN area
Compensation: Up to $125,000 base benefits
Requirements: 5 years CAS or outsourced accounting experience | CPA preferred

We are hiring a CAS Manager to lead and grow our client accounting services practice — a core and expanding part of what we do.

What We Are Looking For
- 5 years of CAS, outsourced accounting, or client advisory services experience in a public accounting environment
- CPA preferred
- Strong foundation in financial reporting, general ledger management, payroll, and cash management
- QuickBooks proficiency — Online and Desktop preferred
- Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements independently
- Comfortable supervising and developing staff
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and collaborative by nature
- Middle market or industry experience a plus

- Base salary up to $125,000, commensurate with experience
