- Manage all phases of commercial and light industrial construction projects
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Oversee subcontractor performance and project teams
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant project managers, and other team members
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience managing commercial and/or light industrial construction projects
- Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Experience with projects ranging from mid-size to large-scale construction preferred
