Responsibilities
- Take meeting minutes and notes during board meetings while managing follow-up actions
- Oversee calendar and inbox management, ensuring prioritization of key tasks
- Facilitate the executive's focus on client relationships and internal stakeholders
- Execute trades for the team as needed, prioritizing the CEO's requirements
- Manage wire transfers efficiently
- Anticipate upcoming events and coordinate schedules accordingly
- Compile agenda items and necessary data for board meetings
- Capture key takeaways from meetings for the CEO
- Series 7 license; candidates with Series 6 or Series 65 may be considered if applicable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Service Advisor with a strong understanding of trade execution
- Confidence in managing calendars and inboxes for C-suite executives
- Exceptional follow-up and relationship management skills
- Experience in board meeting participation or preparation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage up effectively
- Experience in booking travel is preferred
