Role Description
This is part time, and can be done mostly from home. There will be some need to be in person in Carmel, IN,. It is for an Executive Assistant & Client Affairs Manager. The role involves providing executive-level administrative support and coordinating schedules and meetings. The individual will act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering impeccable communication and fostering positive relationships. Additional responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, streamlining and creating new processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. This person will implement onboarding and training protocals with the help of the CEO for the new travel advisors.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach
- Strong organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
- Proven experience in a client-focused role is a plus
