Position Title: Part-Time Remote Receptionist

This role offers an opportunity to support a dedicated spine surgeon by providing high-level concierge service to patients. The receptionist will be responsible for managing inquiries and setting appointments, all while representing a luxury brand in the medical field. This position requires a polished individual who can advocate for the services offered and maintain a professional demeanor. Working independently, the receptionist will operate as if running their own firm, thereby contributing to the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00 / Year DOE

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and elegant concierge-level intake for new patients
• Advocate for the services offered by the surgeon
• Handle patient inquiries and set up meetings
• Represent a high-end, luxury spine surgery brand
• Answer calls from a dedicated phone line in a quiet office setting
  
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a receptionist
• Possess a personal laptop
• Exhibit a polished, consultative demeanor
• High school diploma
• Familiarity with EMR software
• Ability to maintain a system for noting down information
• Knowledge in the medical field is preferred
