Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE
Associate Attorney Responsibilities

Associate Attorney Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution
- Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage
- Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
- Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients
- Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff
- 1-4 years of personal injury experience
- Experience in a high-volume practice is required
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to review the work of support staff
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Barred in California
- Experience working with remote teams is preferred
- Depositions (taking and defending) are preferred
- Trial preparation or trial experience is preferred
