Position Title: Associate Attorney

The firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to contribute to its litigation practice. This role is essential for managing a diverse caseload that primarily involves small to mid-sized businesses. Candidates will engage in various litigation tasks, including discovery, pleadings, and motions, while maintaining effective communication with clients and opposing counsel. Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 / Year DOE

Associate Attorney Responsibilities

• Conduct litigation work including discovery, pleadings, and motions
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
• Manage approximately six active cases at any given time
• Provide 6 hours of billable work daily
• Focus on case settlement, as trials are rare
  
  

Associate Attorney Requirements

• 1-5 years experience in litigation
• Barred in CA
• Flexibility in work hours is preferred
