What You’ll Do Day to Day:
Responsible for creating and maintaining software, including but not limited to Salesforce and Financial Force using the defined standards and technology stack. This position will develop critical products for internal clients and offer excellent technical support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user set-up, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission, and groups.
- Serve as liaison between Financial Force and finance department on matters including ICFR among others.
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Oversee all Salesforce and Financial Force configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Act as a resource within the technology team to help manage new technology integration and purchase decisions; present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
- Produce detailed specifications, write program codes, and provide product testing in controlled environments.
- Oversee and respond to user support tickets; troubleshooting of software related issues as need.
- Provide system maintenance and training, including training manuals, for end users.
- Issue both live and recorded user trainings for small to large groups of users in a clear and concise manner.
- Respond to ad hoc requests as assigned.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to work weekends, as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years SalesForce experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class/coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, and Salesforce mobile application.
- Strong knowledge of common software development practices, as well as practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls
- Experience with unit testing.
- Experience with SOQL/SQL, familiarity, and comfort with querying data.
- Experience configuring and maintaining security models.
- Sound knowledge of Professional Services, Finance, Accounting, and ERP fundamentals and technical concepts, Agile methodology. Salesforce Lightning UX.
- Minimum 2 years working with the FinancialForce platform, desired.
- Experience with FinancialForce ClickLink Rules strongly preferred.
- Experience with third party tools such as Conga Composer for invoicing and Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries tool (DLRS), preferred.
