Job Summary :
We are seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to lead and manage our Talent
Acquisition Team for virtual staffing. This role oversees the end-to-end recruitment process
for global talent, ensuring efficient hiring of virtual legal professionals to support U.S.-based
law firms. The ideal candidate has experience in remote staffing, legal industry recruitment,
and high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 7 people in Talent Acquisition, ensuring efficient
recruitment operations.
Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, for virtual legalprofessionals.
Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top talent for U.S. lawfirms.
Monitor and optimize recruitment workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, client requirements, and industrystandards.
Manage candidate experience, ensuring a seamless recruitment journey.Continually seek ways to improve efficiency and effectivenessProvide training, mentorship, and performance oversight to recruiters.Track end to end performance using the appropriate tools.Qualifications :
Proven experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition, preferably in virtualstaffing or legal industry recruitment.
An understanding of global hiring practices and remote workforce management.Experience in recruiting legal professionals, paralegals, legal assistants, andadministrative staff for U.S. law firms is a plus.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and efficiency.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, compliance, and legal staffing best practices.Understanding of U.S. legal processes and law firm operations.Background in Human ResourcesIf you are a strategic leader passionate about global talent acquisition and optimizing virtual
