Location: Woodland Hills, CA (On-site) | Full-Time

We’re seeking a Junior Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic in-house marketing team. In this role, you'll work under the guidance of a Senior Manager to maintain, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns for various clients and projects.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to drive performance and results.
• Manage daily campaign pacing, budgets, and KPIs.
• Pull performance reports and provide insights on trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager on campaign strategy and creative testing.
• Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues promptly to minimize downtime or wasted spend.
• Stay up-to-date on Meta platform changes, trends, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, and creative best practices.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and event tracking.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment or agency setting is a plus.
