Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary contact for our active law firm clients and their virtual assistants (VAs). Build strong relationships with your clients, and upsell Legal Soft’s full suite of services — including AI tools, social media management, custom websites, and staffing solutions. To be successful in this role you must be proactive, organized and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned law firm clients and their VAs.
- Conduct regular check-ins via telephone or Zoom to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for support or growth.
- Obtain organizational charts for all of your clients
- Upselling & Cross-Selling:
- Proactively identify and pitch additional services such as: social media content creation (Practice360), Custom website development, Virtual assistant staffing, AI tools for legal workflows
- Present tailored proposals aligned with the client’s growth goals.
- This position does require travel (regional & national), you will be expected to meet with clients face to face, all clients are located within the U.S.
- Highly successful candidates in this role could earn commissions that match their base salary
- Qualifications:
- Ideally you have previous experience working at a law firm or in asset management
- You cannot be shy, this is a high touch role that requires a strong social and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding upsell and revenue goals.
- Preference will be given to candidates with legal experience or exposure to legal setting
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfort with tools like Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AI tools, social media, or website development is highly desirable.
