We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s great at building relationships and has a keen eye for helping businesses grow. If you have experience working with law firms and managing teams, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, fostering long-term partnerships.
As a strategic advisor, analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions for law firms that grow their revenue and improve efficiency.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities – when our clients grow, we grow with them!
Represent Legal Soft at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Ensure our Virtual Assistants (VAs) deliver top-tier results, keeping clients satisfied and engaged.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in client management (e.g., Client Success Manager, Consulting, etc.)
Experience working with law firms or working in legal roles as Case Manager, Paralegal, or firm operations is a big plus.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to sell value and build trust.
A natural networker who thrives on meeting new people and growing client accounts.
An experienced manager who has developed strong teams comprised of both U.S and international team members.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leader in a fast-paced, on-site role.
Travel expectation (10-25%) for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
