Commercial Litigation Associate


Lawyer Job Summary


Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a well-known, reputable boutique firm in Coral Gables. The firm is known for handling high-level business, corporate and real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation and will handle research, assist in discovery, and attend basic hearings.


Lawyer Responsibilities


  • Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Assist in research and case monitoring.
  • Attend and participate in motion calendars.
  • Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.


Lawyer Qualifications


  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 1-3 years of experience in litigation.
  • Experience in research and discovery.
  • Document review.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
