Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury and medical malpractice matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Approximately 1 year of litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
