Role Overview
The Litigation Associate will support complex commercial matters from early strategy through resolution. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client engagement, and the chance to work on high‑stakes litigation within a globally recognized platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Leadership: Support and manage litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement, including research, drafting, discovery, and hearing preparation.
- Client Partnership: Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic insight.
- Research & Writing Excellence: Draft compelling briefs, motions, and legal memoranda; conduct rigorous legal research to inform case strategy.

- Regulatory Awareness: Stay current on legal developments, ensuring compliance with evolving standards and precedents.
