Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a 2nd shift General Labor role in Ponca City, OK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of physical tasks in production, warehouse, or outdoor environments, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, as well as material handling for production or storage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to support daily operational goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and materials for safety and functionality; report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
