Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and reliability-based maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
· Scope maintenance work orders, including labor estimates, tools, materials, and required resources.
· Utilize the CMMS as a reliability and asset management tool, not just for work order tracking.
· Own and manage CMMS data accuracy, maintenance strategies, and asset histories.
· Plan and schedule PMs around production needs to minimize downtime and disruption.
· Coordinate planned versus unplanned downtime in collaboration with maintenance and production teams.
· Support reliability initiatives by tracking and analyzing MTBF, PM compliance, and equipment performance.
· Work closely with operations to support Just-In-Time manufacturing requirements.
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive maintenance-related initiatives.
· Support overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) improvement efforts through effective planning and coordination.
Qualifications:
· 5 years of maintenance planning experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
· Strong background in preventive maintenance and reliability-based maintenance.
· Hands-on CMMS experience in manufacturing, including system ownership (not just usage).
· Proven understanding of CMMS as a reliability and asset management tool.
· Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities around production demands.
· Familiarity with production-critical equipment.
· Working knowledge of MTBF, PM Compliance, and OEE.
· Experience supporting Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing environments.
· Self-directed, motivated “go-getter” who drives initiatives independently.
· Creative, outside-the-box thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
