The development finance function has become large enough to build a dedicated team, beginning with the VP of Finance, Real Estate Development.
Given the substantial success on the holding side and high-profile investor group, there is a major opportunity for this Real Estate Development Finance leader!
The position will report directly to the President and will get a great hand-off by a very seasoned Real Estate CFO who is currently leading the Development function along with the holding side of the shop.
The CFO is vested in the success of this new hire so mentorship and training will be plentiful to ensure a smooth hand-off.
Initial Projects Include:
- Building a Development Cash Flow Forecasting Model
- Creating a WIP Reporting Model and Analytics
- Creating Process & Procedure Documentation for the Development Arm
