What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage tax engagements for a diverse client base
• Mentor Staff, Seniors, and Supervisors
• Review complex returns, provide technical guidance, and oversee project flow
• Work directly with firm leadership on strategy, client service, and engagement quality
• Play a key role in shaping the next generation of the tax practice
Ideal Background:
• Public accounting experience required
• Experience in partnership, high-net-worth, trusts/estate, or related areas
• Supervisor or Manager experience preferred, but strong Seniors on the cusp will also be considered
