Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to capture stunning visual content that showcases properties in their best light. This role is perfect for creative professionals passionate about photography, videography, and storytelling through compelling imagery and videos. You will play a vital part in helping clients attract buyers and renters by producing high-quality photos and videos that highlight the unique features of each property. Your work will directly influence marketing efforts across social media, websites, and other digital platforms, making every shot count!

Duties

• Capture high-resolution photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal lighting, angles, and composition to showcase each space’s appeal.
• Produce engaging property videos, including walkthroughs, drone footage, and cinematic shots that tell a compelling story about the property’s features.
• Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques to ensure true-to-life representations of properties using off camera flash.
• Collaborate with clients and real estate agents to understand their vision and deliver content aligned with their branding goals.
• Stay updated on current trends in real estate marketing, photography techniques, and social media management to maximize content impact.
• Assist with art direction during shoots to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all media assets.
• Support social media campaigns by providing optimized images and videos tailored for various platforms.

Experience

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography with an impressive portfolio demonstrating your skills in capturing residential or commercial properties.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop), Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant editing tools.
• Strong understanding of photo editing techniques including photo manipulation, color correction, and retouching to produce captivating images.
• Knowledge of color theory and color management principles to ensure accurate color reproduction across all media formats.
• Experience filming with professional cameras, drones (if applicable), and stabilizers to produce smooth footage.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively.
