We’re partnering with a high-growth, real estate platform that is expanding its footprint.
This is a newly created role focused on one of the most exciting and rapidly growing areas of the business — RIDEA (operating real estate partnerships) — offering significantly more upside and complexity than traditional real estate models.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with operators to analyze performance of real estate assets
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Work cross-functionally with investments, asset management, and operators
- Gain exposure to complex real estate structures (RIDEA)
Ideal Background
- Senior housing / healthcare operations OR
- Real estate / investment firms with healthcare exposure
- Strong financial acumen (FP&A, investments, or accounting)
- Analytical mindset with ability to connect operations financials
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
