Position Details:
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Competitive commission splits
- In-person position; expected availability in office
Ideal Candidate:
- Active Michigan Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate brokerage, corporate real estate, or related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Michigan commercial real estate markets
- Proven ability to develop business and manage transactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of CoStar, Crexi, and other commercial real estate platforms preferred
- Reliable transportation required
