Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop an accounting team of 5-6 professionals
- Oversee the monthly close process and divisional financial reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Partner closely with operational leadership and cross-functional departments
- Analyze financial performance and support business decision-making
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into the details when needed
Ideal Background:
- Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership experience
- Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
- Experience leading and developing accounting teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and operational leaders
