Legacy Real Estate Network (REN) joined the PLACE ecosystem in July, 2019 to become LegacyREN powered by PLACE. This phenomenal partnership allows us to provide a world-class business platform for our agents. The result has been team-wide growth from $1.1M to over $3M in GCI in 3 years. For our agents this equates to 16 additional transactions and $80k additional income annually.
Our team has an in depth coaching and training program that can help experienced agents reach new levels and new agents kickstart their career to get into production faster. Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Salary : $60,000 - $119,000
