Caregiver Position – Balance Assisted Living, Lodi, CA

What You’ll Do

• Personal Care Assistance: Support residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and meals.

• Resident Care: Provide safe mobility, positioning, and transfers tailored to individual service plans.

• Daily Living Support: Assist with meals, laundry, and room care.

• Uphold Dignity: Ensure every resident’s privacy, respect, and independence are honored.

• Safety First: Follow infection control standards and ensure a safe environment.

• Stay Sharp: Complete state-required training and keep your skills fresh each year.

• Team Communication: Observe and report changes in resident condition to care team and families.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Age: Must be at least 18.

• Skills: Strong communication (English, written and verbal) and basic computer knowledge.

• Compliance: Must pass a state criminal background check, health screening, and provide required forms (LIC 503 & LIC 508).
