🎯Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in alignment with their individual service plans.
Support with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, and mealtime assistance.
Perform tasks such as bed linen changes, personal laundry, and light housekeeping duties.
Promote an environment that upholds resident privacy, dignity, and respect.
Adhere to infection control protocols and standard precautions.
Complete all required state training upon hire and annually.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Must complete:
State Criminal Background Check
LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
LIC 503 Health Screening Report
