🌼What You’ll Do

Your purpose is to bring comfort, dignity, and joy into every resident’s day.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and mealtime  support.
• Creating safe, clean, and nurturing spaces through light housekeeping and laundry support.
• Encouraging residents to engage socially, emotionally, and physically in ways that bring them joy.
• Upholding privacy, dignity, and respect in every interaction.
• Following infection control standards and safety protocols to protect both residents and team members.
• Documenting care tasks accurately and reporting changes to the Wellness Team.

🧠What You’ll Bring

• A heart for service and patience for others.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to complete all Title 22 RCFE training requirements.

Upon hire, you must complete:

• State Criminal Background Clearance
• LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
• LIC 503 Health Screening Report
