Apply Now!Reports To: Executive DirectorFLSA Status: ExemptClassification: Full-Time - Direct HireWork Hours: 8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Location: San Bernardino, CA (This is not a remote position)Position Summary: In collaboration with the Executive Director and senior management team, the Director of Clinical Programs (LCSW) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all agency programs. This role is responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and compliance of funded programs to ensure high-quality, integrated service delivery that enhances lives. The Director ensures adherence to all funder, contractual, regulatory, and clinical standards.Essential Functions:Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development to program managers and direct reportsOversee multiple funded programs, including Housing and privately funded initiativesFoster collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous quality improvement across programsDevelop and refine service delivery models aligned with organizational goalsCollaborate on grant proposals, funder reporting, renewals, and program evaluationsSupport agency research, data collection, and evaluation effortsAnalyze program data to improve outcomes, inform decision-making, and ensure funder complianceStrengthen partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and fundersSupport outreach strategies and promote agency programs and servicesMonitor program budgets, billing processes, and contractual performance benchmarksEnsure fiscal responsibility and alignment with funding requirementsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, HUD, HRSA, and all applicable State and Federal regulationsSupport and lead the agency’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiativesQualifications - Licensure (Required):Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of practiceExperience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, data analysis, and working with diverse and underserved populationsExperience overseeing multiple funded programs and managing compliance requirements preferredEducation:Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required Degree in Public Health or Human Services considered if combined with LCSW licensureSkills & Competencies:Strong leadership, supervision, and team development skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAnalytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and exercise sound independent judgmentSupervisory Responsibilities:Direct supervision of six (6) staff membersOversight of performance management, training, employee relations, and budget accountabilityTechnical Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Company DescriptionAt Legacy Career Solutions, we are more than a staffing agency.
