If you’re a mission-driven LCSW ready to combine leadership, strategy, and community impact, we encourage you to apply today. Director of Clinical Programs (LCSW)Position DetailsReports To: Executive DirectorStatus: Full-Time | ExemptSchedule: 8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 annually (DOE)Location: San Bernardino, CA (On-site; not remote) Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and supervision to program managers and staffOversee multiple funded programs (Housing, Ryan White, HOPWA, STI/PrEP, and private grants)Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HUD, HRSA, and State/Federal regulationsLead program planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement (CQI)Monitor program budgets, performance benchmarks, and funder requirementsCollaborate on grants, reporting, renewals, and auditsAnalyze data to improve program outcomes and service deliveryMaintain a small clinical caseload, as needed Required QualificationsActive, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in CaliforniaMaster’s degree in Social Work (MSW) (Public Health or Human Services considered with LCSW)Minimum 3 years of program management experience, preferably in nonprofit or funded programsExperience working with diverse and underserved populations SkillsStrong leadership, supervision, and communication skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgmentCompany DescriptionAt Legacy Career Solutions, we are more than a staffing agency.
