Established and growing real estate developer headquartered in Miami is searching for a project accountant to join their expanding team. This is a newly created role that will report directly to the controller and oversee day to day and project accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Complete AIA forms/billings
- Manage project accounting and percentage of completion
- Prepare monthly reporting for the owners
- Job costing
- Various related responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree a plus but not required
- 3 years of project accounting experience
- Experience within a construction company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
