Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a growing organization in Clearwater! This is a highly visible role that will support the C-level executive team and Controller directly. You will be heavily involved in various growth focused projects, decision making and shaping new processes.
What You'll Do:
- Handle AP/AR and month-end close
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with audits and financial reporting
- Support process improvements and special projects
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel skills
- ERP experience a plus

Pay: $75,000-$85,000
