Director of Finance

Location: Portland, OR
Reports To: CFO / VP of Finance
Position Type: Full-time, Exempt

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Partner with executive team to develop and execute strategic financial plans
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, business opportunities, and investments
• Manage financial compliance, risk, internal controls, and audit processes
• Supervise and mentor finance team members
• Implement and optimize financial systems, processes, policies, and best practices
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10 years of progressive finance experience with 3 years in leadership
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, reporting standards, and management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

Recommended Salary Range:
$175,000 - $240,000 annually, adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and total compensation package.
