Fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Accountant located in West Houston with a Multi-Family Real Estate Client. This is a direct hire permanent role and will be working a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and Fridays from home. Salary up to $95K.
Requirements:
- 5 years payroll accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
- Strong Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, X and H lookups)
- Paycom software experience
Responsibilities:
- Process Bi-weekly payroll for 750-800 employees
- Analyze processes and procedures, taking ownership of process
- Analyze data for discrepancies and trends
