Bookkeeper (QuickBooks)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Record daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities
• Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Track and categorize expenses accurately
• Support payroll processing and related entries (if applicable)
• Prepare documentation for CPA, auditors, or tax preparers
• Maintain organized and compliant financial files
• Ensure adherence to company policies and basic accounting principles
  
  

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  
  

• QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop (required)
• Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, reconciliation, reporting)
• Experience with expense management or payroll systems a plus
