Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable: invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment processing
- Perform regular account and vendor reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3 years of full-cycle AP experience
- Strong ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
