Accounting Clerk

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team in North Carolina. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for numbers and organization, eager to contribute to the financial health of a dynamic company.

• Applying payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handling account reconciliations to ensure financial records are precise.
• Utilizing Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Managing vendor accounts and maintaining positive relationships.
• Assisting with various accounting tasks as needed to support the team.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

• Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  
  

Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
