📌 Accountant (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Livermore, CA (100% onsite)
Pay: $45-50/hour
We are seeking a hands-on Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established organization in Livermore. This role is fully onsite and requires someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger activities
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close
- Process invoices, payments, and journal entries accurately and efficiently
- Assist with financial reporting and audit support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams
Required Qualifications:
- Must have hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) - non-negotiable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
