Client Job Description
Ledgent is partnering with a company in Shakoppe looking for an immediate AP temp (with potential to be hired on). Fully on-site (flexible schedule) and pays $26-$28/hour.
Job Description:
- Process, review, and code vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents (2‑way/3‑way matching)
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare and process weekly or monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
- Maintain vendor records, including W‑9 forms and tax documentation
- Reconcile accounts payable subledger to the general ledger
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree (required) / Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- 3 years of A/P experience
- 3-way matching experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience with various other duties (month-end, w-9's, G/L)
