We're working with a fantastic client in the pet retail and manufacturing industry to find a Staff Accountant for a temp-to-hire role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and contribute to a collaborative, detail-oriented accounting team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Payable processes, including expense reports.Oversee credit card management and reconciliation.Perform entries and adjustments within the general ledger.Assist with month-end close and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.Ideal Candidate2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong General Ledger (GL) knowledge.Sage 100 experience is highly preferred.Familiarity with Concur for expense reporting is a plus.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
