Join a growing construction company known for its high-quality projects and collaborative culture. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor statements, and lien waivers
- Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with project managers to reconcile budget vs. actual costs
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and GAAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with large ERP
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
