Tax Senior Manager - High Net Worth (Hybrid or Fully Remote)Compensation: Up to $230,000Schedule: Full-timeOverviewA growing, nationally recognized public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead engagements within its High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex client relationships, oversee diverse tax engagements, and mentor a talented team-all within a supportive, development‑focused culture.ResponsibilitiesServe as Engagement Manager, overseeing planning, execution, deliverables, billing, and collectionsReview complex individual, partnership, corporate, trust, nonprofit, and related tax returnsWork with clients across a range of industries including family office, real estate, QOZ, technology, distribution, and moreAnalyze complex transactions and identify tax issues and opportunitiesManage engagement budgets, timelines, and communication with clients and internal teamsBuild strong client relationships and identify additional service opportunitiesMentor and develop team members, supporting both technical growth and professional developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferredCPA required8 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxExperience working with HNW/UHNW clients strongly preferredStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsExperience with tax software (CCH Axcess or similar) is beneficialProactive, strategic mindset with strong follow‑throughAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
